Customized Massage Sessions (60, 90, and 120 Mins)

Our sessions are full-body massages in various lengths of appointment (60,90, or 120 minutes). We tailor our massage sessions to your needs and we have the ability to provide. Communicate with our massage therapists to focus the massage on the most important areas of your body for the right relaxation and healing objectives.

Types of Massages:

Deep Tissue: This massage uses more pressure and slower strokes across the body; it is best for clients who have chronic pain, long-term muscle pains, and sports injuries.

Swedish: A gentle massage that uses long, flowing movements and deep circular motions to alleviate minor pains and physical tension.

Myofascial: This massage uses a gentle amount of pressure, specifically to remove deep pain and restore movement in the body.

Prenatal: The safest type of massage to get during pregnancy. Using a mild amount of pressure, soon-to-be mothers are able to receive relief from muscle tension, body aches, and stress.
